Five kinds of job, one way of working

Each of these is measured in the house, built to those measurements and fitted on site. What changes between them is the room, not the standard.

What gets built

Kitchen Cabinetry

New cabinets built to the measurements of your kitchen, including the awkward corners a stock run cannot cover.

  • Base, wall and tall cabinets
  • Islands and peninsulas
  • Panels, fillers and trim to close the gaps

Bathroom Vanities

Vanities sized to the wall you have, with drawers routed around the plumbing instead of blocked by it.

  • Single and double vanities
  • Floating and floor-standing
  • Linen towers and mirror cabinets

Closets & Storage

Fitted closet interiors, laundry rooms and pantries that use the full height of the wall.

  • Reach-in and walk-in closets
  • Pantry and laundry storage
  • Adjustable shelving and hanging

Built-Ins & Millwork

Bookcases, media walls, benches and window seats scribed to the wall so they read as part of the house.

  • Bookcases and media walls
  • Benches, banquettes and window seats
  • Office desks and wall units

Refacing & Refinishing

Keeping sound cabinet boxes and replacing what you actually see — doors, drawer fronts and exposed sides.

  • Veneer and end-panel replacement
  • New hinges, slides and handles

How a job runs

The same five steps whichever service brought you here.

  1. First conversation

Send over the room, roughly what you want to change, and any dates you are working towards. Photos of the space help more than measurements at this stage.

  2. Site visit and measurements

The space gets measured in person. Walls are rarely square and floors are rarely level, which is exactly the sort of thing that decides how the cabinets are built.

  3. Layout and written quote

You get a layout and a written quote listing the materials, finishes and hardware it is priced on, so you can see what would change the number.

  4. Build

Cabinets are made to the measurements taken on site. Any change agreed before this point is cheap; after it, it is not.

  5. Install and walk-through

Cabinets are fitted, scribed to the walls and adjusted. The finished job gets walked through with you, and anything on that list gets put right.

Next step

Which room is it?

Send over the room and what you want to change. The reply will say what is possible in that space, and a written, itemised quote follows once it has been measured.
