What this page does and does not cover

These terms cover the website: the pages, the content on them, and the contact form. They do not set the terms of any cabinetry work.

The terms of an actual job — what is being built, from what materials, for what price, on what schedule, with what deposit, and with what warranty — live in the written quote for that job and whatever is agreed alongside it. Where this page and a signed quote disagree about a job, the quote wins.

The content on this site is not a quote

Descriptions of services, materials and methods on this site are general. They are not an offer, and no price is published here. A price only exists once the space has been measured and a written, itemised quote has been issued for it. Nothing on this site is a commitment to take on a particular job, to a particular timescale, or in a particular area.

Using the contact form

You agree that when you send a message through this site:

• what you enter is accurate, and the email address is one you can be reached at;
• you are not sending anything unlawful, abusive, or someone else's confidential information;
• you are not using the form to send bulk or automated messages.

Messages may be discarded without reply if they fail the anti-spam check or appear to be automated. Sending a message does not create any obligation to reply, to quote, or to take the work on.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, probe or disrupt this site or the systems it runs on, and do not scrape it for a competing listing or mailing list. Automated access that degrades the site for other people is not permitted.

Content and ownership

The text, layout, artwork and code of this site belong to Yunior Cabinets LLC unless stated otherwise. You may read it, print it and link to it. You may not republish it as your own.

The typefaces used here are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remain the property of their designers.

No warranty on the site itself

This site is provided as it is. It is kept accurate and available with reasonable care, but no promise is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every description on it is current. There is no monitoring commitment and no uptime guarantee attached to this site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Yunior Cabinets LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from relying on general information here instead of a written quote. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability arising from cabinetry work is a separate matter, governed by the quote and agreement for that job rather than by this page.

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not under this site's control and these terms do not extend to it.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last were. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of Broward County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
